Let your staff write entries without showing them your totals
When you are the only one writing the book, everything depends on you being in the shop. But giving someone your phone or your full book means they see everything.
Choose what each person can do
When you invite someone by email, pick a role, then switch anything on or off for that person. A partner can usually do almost everything. An accountant can look and download reports. Staff can add entries and people, and do not see your cash, bank or totals.
Changes stay under control
Staff can change only their own entries, and only for a day. After that, a mistake comes to you. Every entry also shows who added it, so nobody needs to guess.
Some things stay yours
Only the owner can delete the book, close it, start it fresh or hand it over. When someone leaves the job, remove them from the book. What they wrote stays in the history.
Set it up in two minutes
Open More, then Members, type their email and choose what they may do. They join when they sign in with that email.
